According to Article 15, Clause 4 of Circular No. 52/2014/TT-BCA dated October 28, 2014, regarding the periodic maintenance regime for fire extinguishers of types 1, 2, and 3: After 5 years from the date of production, fire extinguishers of types 1, 2, and 3 must undergo maintenance.
In Clause 3, Article 15 of Circular No. 52/2014/TT-BCA dated October 28, 2014, the regular maintenance regime and content for fire extinguishers of types 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 are specified.
In Article 1, Appendix II of Circular No. 17/2021/TT-BCA, applying to Clause 4.3, Article 4 - TCVN 7534-2:2004 stipulates that all fire extinguishers (except for outdated types specified in Appendix C - TCVN 7534-2:2004) must undergo maintenance at least once a year, but no less than every 6 months.
